Iberian ham from acorn-fed Iberian pigs
A treat for the palate

This is a unique delicacy for the most demanding palates, derived from Iberian pigs reared free range in pastures and oak groves on grass and acorns.
Elaborated by hand and cured in our drying chambers and natural cellars, it is characterized by its streamlined shape, thin and elongated shank, black hoof and golden coloured fat. 
Its fine, pink slices emit intense and full aromas and melt in the mouth leaving a unique flavour.

Natural sweetness

"Cebo" ham is derived from Iberian pigs raised in the pasture and fed on grass and natural grains.
Elaborated by hand and cured in our drying chambers and natural cellars. It is characterized by its streamlined shape, thin and elongated shank, black hoof and golden coloured fat. 
When cut into streaky thin slices, it emits a great aroma and a smooth, rich flavour.

Boneless cuts

Our easy-to-use boneless cuts are derived from the centre of Iberian ham and shoulder, and presented off the bone and trimmed of fat.
It is presented vacuum-packed to ensure the product’s superior character is preserved.


Sliced ham

To enjoy instantly

Our pre-sliced Ibérico ham is hand cut by expert carvers into delicately thin, bite sized pieces for perfect enjoyment.
It is presented in a 100g vacuum pack on a plate or sleeve of 100 grams preserving the excellent character of the product.
